About Us

I have always enjoyed making handmade gifts for birthdays, holidays and special occasions. I found the recipients loved their gift and couldn’t believe I had made it. So, when my niece told me she was getting married in January 2017 and was looking for winter favors in mason jars , I offered to make 300 “Hot Chocolate’s To-Die-For" and frankly it is the best hot chocolate you will ever have.  Once she and the family tasted my creation, they were excited for me to take on this project, hence ‘Incredible Edibles and Gifts’ was born.

Now six years later, we no longer make edibles and we have changed our name to Amy's Kokedamas, Unique Glass & More to highlight our most popular items.
